Course Content

Two days of practical training in the role of Scrum Master, where you will learn about the SM role. You will receive a fair amount of theory, but the academy places special emphasis on practical exercises and case work throughout the course.

During the course, you will become part of a Scrum team, working in an agile way to develop a fictional product from scratch using the full Scrum framework.

PSM®I Certification

We prepare you for the sought-after Professional Scrum Master PSM® I multiple choice certification from Scrum.org. The certification token is not included in the course fee but can be arranged separately if desired. A Scrum.org token costs 200 USD.

Course Extension

If this course sparks your interest in learning more about Scrum and Agile, it also counts as two days toward the Scrum Master education or Agile Coach training.
